OK guys, I'm new to sports gambling and I've paid an excruciatingly high initiation price by getting scammed for $4500 by Adam Meyers fraud of an operation. Finding lots of good cappers here on the RX that I'm now following, but I've also found SportsInvestorCentral.com. I'm not sure if they are legit or not, as I'm becoming more aware of how many ways there are to run a scam in this biz. They post every play 10-15 min after each game starts, which can be seen by anyone who sets up an account. I'm trying to figure out how they can fudge things to pad their stats. All I can come up with is that maybe they have software that detects if anyone has checked a play as it is happening. If no one has bought the play or checked it during the game, they know they can fudge it. There are 8 cappers on the site, 7 of whom claim to have won 58-61% of all their plays. Plus a google search of any of the cappers names brings back nothing but the SIC.com site. Those 2 things are a bit fishy.
I tracked one of their cappers, Riley Peterson, for a little while and everything checked out so I started buying his 4 and 5 unit plays ($27.50/pick, and I get credit for another pick of that pick loses). So far he is 14-7-1, so I can't complain.
What I'm going to do is post all the plays I purchase the night before, and then give results the next day. I'm betting $300/play so far, as less than that would make the price of the pick too heavy compared to the potential winnings.
I'll start out by posting all the plays I've purchased starting 12/6/11. You'll have to take my word on these, or just deduct them from the running total I provide.
The purpose of this thread is not to promote SIC.com, rather to document what they and "Riley Peterson" are doing. If anyone else has used them PLEASE post here and let me know what your experience is/was. So many scammers out there, I'm just trying to vet this one, and any help would be greatly appreciated.
